Common Questions

1. How does RiskIt Ticket guarantee the tickets?

RiskIt Tickets partners with primary and secondary ticket sellers to guarantee everyone who purchases a qualifying RiskIt™ will have a corresponding ticket.  Your RiskIt™ is your ticket!

2. What if my team does not qualify for the Final Four?

Herein lies the fun. The terms of your RiskIt™ are fulfilled when YOUR team qualifies for the Championship or Final Four series. If your team does not qualify, your RiskIt™ is not refunded. This is how RiskIt™ is able to provide your reservation so affordably!

3. Will RiskIt prices change?

RiskIt's marketplace functions like a stock market exchange. Prices are determined by the demand in the market, so as your team's ranking improves, the price goes up with the demand. You can expect prices to rise on weeks with critical wins, and drop similarly with critical losses. Fans are often rewarded for their foresight.

4. Can I sell my winning ticket?

Yes, of course! All RiskIt Tickets are transferable, so if you win but can no longer go to the game, we will help you sell your ticket at the market price. You keep your profits. You win twice!

5. Where will my seats be located?

For March Madness, if you were not able to select a specific seat during checkout, you will be prompted once your team qualifies with a couple options. Presently, our seats are located here:

Section 303 - Row 12: 5, 6

Section 330 - Row 11: 13, 14, 15, 16

Section 331 - Row 10: 13, 14, 15, 16

6. Will I be able to sit with my friends?

Block seating will be on a first-come-first-served basis. If you want to sit near a particular seat or with another(s) who has also purchased a qualifying RiskIt, email us your group members name(s) at
